Maybe freeze them in a single layer on a baking sheet and then put the frozen patties in a container or ziploc. They were a little mushy because I made them larger I suppose. But there are no leftovers and I don't have a belly full of gross heavy cow meat. So I'm happy. I'm sure I'll make 'em again.
